AFRICAN HERITAGE SWITZERLAND PRESENTS THE WALK OF HOPE FASHION SHOW.
African Heritage Switzerland has the pleasure of hosting the much awaited African Fashion Festival on September 4th, 2021. After hosting two successful events in 2018 and 2019, we look forward to hosting yet another elegant night of fashion at Sektor 11, Zurich. The theme for the night is ‘Walk of Hope’.
Although 2020 was a year of adversity and change, we got through it, with hope for a better future. In 2021, with the onset of global access to Covid vaccination, we can see light at the end of the tunnel. Our elegant event will seek to promote hope and unity among all people, the world over. We will also be celebrating the rich diversity of African fashion and culture through an enthralling fashion show. We hope to see you there!

Hear the beat of a Zulu drum and the dancing Xhosa maidens, the colorful dressing of the Igbo and Yoruba of the Nigerian descent, the History of the Ashanti Kingdom and athletic physique of the Maasai warriors.
Explore & quench your thirst with a traditional African beer. These are just some of the culture and heritage aspects that bring Africans together in unity and diversity.
Africans are a diverse group of people. There is no one particular way to define the beauty and complexity of cultures and heritage that connects the people of Africa in solidarity. We have created unity from this spectacular diversity, hence the need for you to come with family, friends and colleagues to explore the essence of who we are at our events.
Some of us come from quiet rural villages, others have found their feet on the busy urban cities of Switzerland. We also have an incredible history and our unique heritage allowing us to be open, accommodating and welcoming to all who live here and who come into our lives.
We celebrate, feast and express who we are in a myriad of different ways.
That's what makes us unique.
